基金参与国债期货以套保为主 严格限制投机

　　中国证监会近日就《公开募集证券投资基金参与国债期货交易指引》和《证券公司参与股指期货、国债期货交易指引》向社会公开征求意见。相关指引对基金投资国债期货的投资策略、参与程序、比例限制、信息披露、风险管理、内控制度等提出了具体要求，明确在投资策略上以套期保值为主，严格限制投机。

　　据介绍，国债期货是重要的基础金融衍生品和风险管理工具。从公开募集证券投资基金的角度来看，参与国债期货很有必要。目前基金持有的国债规模超过1000亿元，有着较大的避险需求。
