工银瑞信金融地产行业股基发行

　　记者日前获悉，工银瑞信金融地产行业股票型基金即日起至8月7日公开发售。

　　据了解，该基金投资于股票资产的比例不低于基金资产的60%，债券等固定收益类资产占基金资产的比例为5%~40%。其中基金投资于金融地产行业内的股票资产占非现金基金资产的比例不低于80%。该基金采用双基金经理制。此外，基金管理人还可为投资者办理定期定额投资计划，方便投资者对资金流动性的需求。（钟国斌）
