　　远望谷发布公告称，7月24日至7月25日，公司控股股东徐玉锁通过深交所大宗交易系统减持公司股份3685万股，占公司总股本的4.98%。徐玉锁与公司第二大股东陈光珠为夫妻关系，为一致行动人，同为公司实际控制人。本次减持后，徐玉锁与陈光珠合计持有公司股份数为22122.38万股，占公司总股份比例为29.91%，仍为公司实际控制人。 （逸 宸）
