中国银行拟发行600亿元合格二级资本工具

　　中国银行昨日的董事会会议,审议通过了《关于授权高级管理层发行不超过600亿元人民币或等值外币减记型合格二级资本工具的议案》。

　　2013年5月29日,中国银行2012年年度股东大会审议批准了《关于发行减记型合格二级资本工具的议案》,批准中国银行发行总额不超过亿元人民币或等值外币、期限不少于5年、符合《商业银行资本理办法(试行)》规定的减记型合格二级资本工具,用于补充二级资本。(证券日报)
