证监会:争取将证券法修法纳入2014年立法工作计划

　　2日召开新闻通气会表示,证券法修改以来一些制度规定需要补充完善修改,但是修改证券法是全国人大的法定职权,证监会主要是配合做好相关工作,提出法律修改的意见建议。为了做好相关工作,证监会成立了修法领导小组,下一步将在分析汇总各方建议的基础上,研究提出修法研究稿,并在公开征求意见的基础上,争取将证券法修法纳入2014年立法工作计划。
