李长安：7月经济数据构成利好 财政政策将会继续放松

　　千龙网北京8月9日讯 8月9日,国家统计局网站公布数据显示,7月份,全国居民消费价格总水平同比上涨2.7%,环比上涨0.1%。全国工业生产者出厂价格同比下降2.3%,环比下降0.3%。

　　对外经贸大学公共管理学院副教授李长安在其微博上表示,CPI略低于市场的预期,PPI的跌幅也进一步收窄,说明通胀压力依然不大,且实体经济需求不振的情况有所好转,这应该对证券市场构成利好。不过考虑到PPI的增幅仍在负值,也即需求下降的势头仍未遏制,所以针对实体经济的结构性信贷和财政政策将会继续放松。
