证监会：积极争取将期货法列入人大立法规划

　　中国证监会9日下午召开新闻发布会,新闻发言人在发布会上表示,证监会正积极争取将期货法列入十二届全国人大常委会立法规划。证监会已积极开展基础理论研究,正向相关单位征求立法意见。
