权威消息称：杭州版房产税或10月后出台

　　有关权威消息称，杭州版房产税最早将于今年10月份后出台。

　　据悉，今年4、5月间，杭州版房产税在出台前夜被叫停，原因是方案与当时的调控思路存在偏差。此次最新版的房产税在老版本基础上，税率由0.4%-0.8%上调至0.5%-1.0%，但征收范围，仍然不包括存量房屋。

　　一位熟悉内情的专家表示，如果房产税不动存量，将对市场释放出正面的信号，使得更多城市在试点铺开前形成房价的暴涨。不过，由于干系重大，新版房产税在正式亮相前，仍可能存在变数。 中新
