　　在河南证监局举行的座谈会上，投资者发言痛陈“股市六大病症”：一是发展定位重融资、轻投资；二是交易制度不合理；三是交易税费不合理；四是新股发行体制存在缺陷；五是上市公司质量问题；六是对违法违规行为的打击力度不够。
