　　光大证券昨日下午公告称，8月31日，公司董事会收到助理总裁杨赤忠、董事会秘书梅键的辞职报告。目前光大证券暂由副总裁薛峰先生代行董秘职责，公司将尽快聘任新董秘。（证券日报 钟 闻）
