　　苏宁云商日前公告，拟设立“苏宁保险销售有限公司”(拟用名)，其中，苏宁云商出资9000万元，占注册资本总额的75%，苏宁电器集团出资3000万元，占注册资本总额的25%。未来或以“O2O”融合零售的方式，线上线下同时开卖保险产品。
