证监会开通投资者投诉热线

　　证监会6日公告，宣布即日起开通“12386”热线，以拓宽投资者诉求处理渠道。

　　据介绍，“12386”证监会热线受理证券期货市场投资者投诉、咨询、建议等。投资者在购买产品、接受服务或投资活动中，与证券期货市场经营主体及其从业人员发生争议的，可以提起投诉；可以对证券期货监管工作或者政策提出建议和意见，对证券期货相关法律制度或者监管工作政策等提出咨询等。
