欣龙控股涉嫌信披违法违规遭调查

　　上市公司欣龙控股（000955）昨日晚间公告，9月12日，公司收到中国证监会海南监管局下发的《调查通知书》。因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，根据有关规定，中国证监会海南监管局决定对公司进行立案调查。

　　欣龙控股表示，在立案调查期间，公司将积极配合中国证监会海南监管局的调查工作，并严格履行信息披露义务。目前公司生产经营状况一切正常。 （全景）
