首批“纠纷调解员”受聘 深圳证券期货业

　　深圳证券期货业纠纷调解中心昨日向首批受聘的30名调解员颁发了聘书。

　　深圳证券期货业纠纷调解中心是内地资本市场第一个将调解与仲裁功能紧密结合的纠纷解决机构。据介绍，这30名调解员大多为在资本市场中从事证券、期货、基金业的资深专业人士，此外还有在资本市场纠纷解决方面经验丰富的法学教授、仲裁员和律师等。
