江苏下月将自行发债153亿元

　　继山东、上海和广东三地之后，江苏省即将于10月10日自主发行两期地方债共计153亿元。

　　中债网上的公告显示，这两期债券系2013年江苏省政府债券一期和二期，期限分别为5年和7年，均为记账式固定利率附息债，规模各76.5亿元；将采用单一价格荷兰式招标方式发行，标的为利率。
