许继电器9月30日复牌 资产重组审核通过

　　中国网9月29日讯　周日晚间,许继电器发布公告称,2013年9月27日,公司发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项获得证监会并购重组委有条件审核通过。公司股票将自9月30日开市起复牌。
