百度完成对91无线收购

　　昨天，百度公司宣布正式完成对91无线的收购。收购完成后，91无线将成为百度的全资附属公司，并继续在其当前的管理团队领导下作为一个独立公司运营。

　　今年7月，百度宣布与网龙网络有限公司签署谅解备忘录，以19亿美元从网龙公司和其他股东处收购91无线网络有限公司100%股权。

　　鉴于百度移动业务方面的优异表现，百度股价近日突破150美元，达到一年以来最高值。
