朱光耀：若美国债务违约应首先确保国债利息支付

　　财政部副部长朱光耀7日称,中方要求美方在10月17日之前采取切实措施,及时解决国债上限争执,防止美国国债违约,确保中国对美投资安全。他强调,一旦发生债务违约,美方应首先确保国债利息的支付。同时,朱光耀表示,美国完全有能力用借新还旧的方式来解决美国国债本金兑付的问题,但是要处理好技术上、时间上的衔接,防止出现违约。
