三季度楼市量价齐升 创四年同期新高

　　上海易居房地产研究院24日发布了《2013年三季度商品住宅成交结构报告》。报告指出，三季度以来，包括北京、上海、广州、深圳等在内的全国30个典型城市商品住宅成交面积为5237万平方米，环比增长1.9%，同比增长2.2%。在9月“金九”行情的助推下，三季度楼市呈现了环比与同比双双上涨的良好态势，并创下了近四年同期新高。
