财政部发行2013年第二十二期记账式附息国债282.5亿元

　　财政部30日发布公告,决定发行2013年第二十二期记账式附息国债。计划发行280亿元,实际发行面值金额282.5亿元。

　　公告显示,本期国债期限1年,经招标确定的票面年利率为4.01%,2013年10月31日开始计息,10月31日至11月4日进行分销,11月6日起上市交易。

　　本期国债为固定利率附息债,到期一次还本付息,2014年10月31日(节假日顺延)偿还本金并支付利息。
