　　天弘基金管理有限公司（以下简称“基金管理人”）于2013年11月20日在指定媒体及本公司网站（http://www.thfund.com.cn）发布了《天弘丰利分级债券型证券投资基金之丰利A份额开放申购与赎回业务的公告》、《天弘丰利分级债券型证券投资基金之丰利A份额折算方案的公告》和《天弘丰利分级债券型证券投资基金之丰利B份额（150046）的交易风险提示公告》。基金管理人已向深圳证券交易所申请丰利B自2013年11月22日至2013年11月25日实施停牌，并于2013年11月26日复牌。
