　　中海集运(601866)周一晚间发布公告称,公司董事长李绍德及副董事长许立荣双双向董事会申请辞职,上述辞任均自2013年12月2日生效。

　　公告显示,中海集运董事长李绍德因年龄原因辞任公司执行董事、董事长、董事会投资战略委员会主席职务;副董事长许立荣因工作需要的原因,辞任公司执行董事、副董事长、董事会投资战略委员会委员职务。
