颜克兵不再担任证监会第十五届主板发审委委员职务

　　证监会日前发布今年第47号公告，称中国证券监督管理委员会第十五届主板发行审核委员会委员颜克兵因个人原因，向证监会申请辞去其担任的发审委委员职务。

　　证监会表示，根据《中国证券监督管理委员会发行审核委员会办法》(证监会令第62号)第九条的规定，决定解除颜克兵担任的第十五届主板发审委委员职务。
