30家房企年内销售总额破万亿 同比涨幅达33.7%

　　进入12月份,各大品牌开发商陆续公布了各自前11个月的销售业绩,而借助于全年市场的持续回暖,房企的销售业绩也是再创历史新高。截至目前,包括万科、保利、恒大、碧桂园、富力、龙湖、世茂、雅居乐在内的30家房企,前11个月合计的销售业绩达到了10457亿元,同比涨幅高达33.7%。除了正在进行私有化的恒盛地产外,其余29家房企全部实现了销售业绩的增长。值得注意的是,11月份30家房企的销售业绩合计为1124亿元,环比10月份下调了21%。
