国资委：鼓励社保险资等参与国企改制重组

　　国资委今日在国新办召开新闻发布会时表示,将通过多种方式推进具备条件的国企改制上市,暂不具备上市条件的国企通过引入各类投资者,实现股权多元化,鼓励具有资金、技术、管理优势的战略投资者及社保基金、保险基金和股权投资基金等机构投资者参与国企改制重组。
