*ST国恒大股东所持股权遭法院强制卖出153.7万股

　　*ST国恒26日晚公告，近日，因平安银行天津分行商票纠纷案，大股东深圳国恒持有的流通股1,537,201股，已被法院强制卖出。因本次股权变动，深圳国恒持有的股票数量从206,310,436股变为204,773,235股，相应股份占公司总股本的比例从13.81%变为13.71%，深圳国恒仍为公司第一大股东。

　　*ST国恒表示，鉴于本次强制执行，公司所需承担的因平安银行天津分行商票纠纷案引起的债务减少305万元。
