商业银行赴上证所发债开启

　　上海证券交易所近期发布《关于商业银行发行公司债券补充资本及其上市交易、转让相关事项的通知》,对商业银行发行的用以补充资本的公司债券在上交所上市交易、转让、信息披露及其他相关事项等做出了具体规定,这标志着商业银行的资本补充渠道正式拓展到交易所市场。

　　上证所有关负责人介绍,以后在证券交易所上市的商业银行,或发行境外上市外资股的境内商业银行,或申请在境内首次公开发行股票的在审商业银行,均可以来上交所发行减记债。
