证监会：新一批新股发行或在三月份

　　10日证监会召开例行新闻发布会,发言人邓舸表示,目前,已过发审会且办理完会后事项的首发企业,都已取得了核准文件,其余过会企业中除个别企业外,均拟补报2013年年报,预计到三月份才能发行。

　　邓舸还称,目前在审的首发企业,均需按规定补充提交预披露材料和2013年年报,并履行新股发行体制改革意见的要求后,方可进入审核程序,预计也要到三月份才会召开首发企业发审会。
