首家券商入驻上海自贸区

　　自2013年上海自贸区成立以来，银行、基金等各类金融机构纷纷挺进自贸区，唯独证券行业一直“按兵不动”。《经济参考报》记者从国泰君安了解到，该公司在自贸区的首家分公司已于近日正式挂牌开业，这也是首家入驻自贸区的证券公司。

　　据悉，国泰君安证券上海自贸区分公司位于上海外高桥保税区，将按照国际一流投行标准，待相关细则出台后，将在自贸区全面开展跨境证券业务、跨境财富管理业务、跨境资产管理业务、跨境投行业务和全球研究业务，并将提供多元化的综合金融服务。　　(韦夏怡)
