京东大年三十挂出赴美上市招股书

　　中国经济网北京1月30日讯 据福布斯中文网消息，北京时间今日晚间，京东向美国证券交易委员会提交IPO(首次公开招股)申请，计划赴美上市，最多融资15亿美元，将由美银美林和UBS承销。据悉，京东2013年前九个月收入80.42亿美元，净利润10亿美元，拥有现金及等价物14亿美元，2013年前九个月成交总额864亿人民币。
