财政部：下周发280亿元记账式国债

　　近日，财政部发布公告称，将于下周三第一次续发2014年记账式附息（一期）国债，总额共计280亿元。业内人士指出，利率债配置价值凸显，在年初机构配置盘涌现的情况下，该期品种或仍有一定需求，但下周资金利率的波动或会对其招标带来影响。

　　公告显示，此次采用混合式招标方式，标的为价格，不进行甲类成员追加投标。

　　此外，该期国债从2014年1月7日开始计息；票面利率4.47%；按年付息，每年1月7日支付利息，2019年1月7日偿还本金并支付最后一次利息。
