德力股份否认收购手游公司

　　昨日晚间，德力股份发布公告，称此前有传言，称公司将于“本周签约收购上海绿岸网络科技股份有限公司，绿岸手游是国内手游行业的龙头企业，年盈利1亿元以上”的消息不属实，公司相关负责人与绿岸股份前期进行了沟通接触，并对未来合作的可能性进行了探讨，截至本公告披露日双方未签订框架协议或意向协议等任何书面文件。
