   中国经济网北京2月17日讯 央行今日公布2013年支付体系运行总体情况，报告显示，2013年支付业务统计数据显示，支付体系安全、稳定运行，社会资金交易规模进一步扩大，支付业务和工具不断创新，零售支付服务市场持续改善，对提高资金使用效率，夯实支付服务实体经济基础，满足社会公众日益增长的支付服务需求发挥了积极作用。
