茂化实华遭中信信托累计减持1.65%股份

　　茂化实华今日晚间公告，公司24收到中信信托有限责任公司(简称“中信信托”)的通知，自2011年8月25日至2014年2月20日，中信信托在深交所通过集中竞价交易形式减持公司股票860.3759万股，占公司总股本的1.65%。

　　此次减持后，中信信托尚持有公司股票2146.1563万股，占公司总股本的4.13%，持股比例已降至5%以下。
