俄罗斯2月份固定资产投资延续负增长 同比降3.5%

　　据新华社莫斯科电 俄罗斯经济发展部长乌柳卡耶夫日前表示，俄罗斯2月份固定资产投资同比下降3.5%，去年以来的负增长局面仍在持续。

　　乌柳卡耶夫当天在俄罗斯工业企业家联盟大会上表示，今年初以来，俄罗斯固定资产投资同比下降5%，其中1月份下降7%，2月情况稍有好转，但依旧下降3.5%。
