中石化拟售30%股权 最高可筹资300亿美元

　　据知情人士透露，亚洲最大的炼油企业中国石化正在就出售零售资产股权事宜与高盛展开合作。消息人士称，通过出售该业务的30%股权，中国石化最高可得到300亿美元，这将成为中国国有公司最大的资产出售交易。此前，中国国务院总理李克强承诺允许非国有资本投资石油和电力等项目，加快发展混合所有制经济。中石化高层昨日表示，任何进展都会进行披露，将严格按照时间表推行混合所有制。高盛驻香港发言人则拒绝置评。上证
