京东人事大调整 刘强东腾出手做金融

　　上市临近，京东内部也调整不断，京东商城官方宣布京东COO沈皓瑜取代刘强东出任CEO。不过刘强东仍担任京东集团董事局主席兼CEO，依然为集团最高负责人。

　　引入腾讯后，京东日前宣布进行架构调整，下设两个子集团公司、一个子公司和一个事业部：京东商城集团、金融集团、拍拍网（子公司）和海外事业部。

　　在“中关村100”企业家俱乐部企业做强做大闭门研讨会之京东专场上，刘强东透露十年后70%的净利润将来自于金融业务，将京东商城零售这一块交给沈皓瑜后，刘强东今后的管理重心或将集中在金融业务上。
