精艺股份遭股东减持819万股

　　周二午间，精艺股份发布公告称，公司收到持股5%以上股东李伟(财苑)彬减持股份的《简式权益变动报告书》。自2013年1月22日至2014年5月12日期间，李伟彬通过深交所集中竞价交易系统累计减持公司股份8,190,001股，占公司总股本的3.8668560%。本次权益变动完成后，李伟彬持有公司股份10,589,999股，占公司股份总额的4.9999995%。

　　李伟彬表示，本次减持目的为调整资产配置，不排除在未来12个月内继续减持的可能。
