证监会：已修订上市公司章程指引等9个规范性文件

　　中国经济网北京6月6日讯（记者向婷）今日，中国证监会召开新闻发布会，新闻发言人邓舸表示，证监会已修订上市公司章程指引等九个规范文件。

　　他表示，近期，证监会发布上市公司章程指引、上市公司股东大会规则、公开发行证券公司信息披露内容年报准则、上市公司半年报准则、季报规则、权益变动报告书等9个规范性文件。
