商务部:5年内大众餐饮占比超85%

　　为加快发展大众化餐饮，商务部日前出台指导意见，提出力争在5年内让大众化餐饮占全国餐饮市场的比重提高到85％以上，推动高端餐饮加快转型。

　　大众餐饮是满足群众日常生活必需餐饮服务的服务业态，主要包括早餐、快餐、团餐、农家乐以及相配套的中央厨房、配送、网络订餐等。目前，我国大众化餐饮已占餐饮市场的80%。

　　商务部指出，要加速构建大众化餐饮服务体系，鼓励有条件的城市根据消费需求建设美食街、特色食品街等。
