　　经上海黄金交易所会员资格审查委员会审议，一致认为中艺珠宝首饰国际贸易(北京)有限公司向中国珠宝首饰进出口公司转让会员资格符合交易所规定的条件，同意中国珠宝首饰进出口公司成为上海黄金交易所会员，中艺珠宝首饰国际贸易(北京)有限公司不再作为上海黄金交易所会员。

　　特此通知。
