　　金路集团（000510）6月19日晚间公告，公司股东宏达集团2014年6月19日通过深交所交易系统减持其所持有公司股份600万股，减持均价为7.13元/股，占公司总股本的0.98%。

　　减持后，宏达集团仍持有公司股份2533.66万股，占公司总股本的4.16%。
