ST宜纸非公开发行获原则同意

　　ST宜纸（600793）6月24日晚间公告称，近日，公司收到四川省国资委的批复，原则同意此次公司通过非公开方式发行不超过1.21亿股股票的方案。公司本次非公开发行股票事项尚需提交公司股东大会审议通过后，报请中国证券监督管理委员会核准。

　　据此前公告，ST宜纸公布了非公开发行预案，拟通过定向增发募资不超过11亿元用于新区项目建设。
