金宇车城：预计上半年业绩实现扭亏

　　金宇车城（000803）7月2日晚间发布2014年半年度业绩预告，公司预计2014年1月1日至2014年6月30日业绩为扭亏为盈。今年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净利润为盈利130万元至170万元，而上年同期为亏损1365.15万元；基本每股收益为盈利约0.01元，上年同期为亏损0.11元。

　　对于业绩扭亏为盈的原因，金宇车城在公告中表示，主要是本期收入中房款收入占比重较去年同期增大，售房收入毛利较高。
