证监会正式发布公募基金运作管理办法

　　中国经济网北京7月11日讯（记者蒋柠潞） 今日，证监会召开例行新闻发布会，新闻发言人邓舸表示，证监会正式发布《关于公开募集证券投资基金运作管理办法及其实施规定》 （简称《运作办法》），自2014年8月8日起实行。

　　邓舸表示，公募基金的审查由核准制改为注册制是《运作办法》的主要亮点，结合《运作办法》规定，证监会在后续监管中将调整监管理念、方式、优化许可程序、加强事中事后监管。
