证监会：私募基金应当报告杠杆运用情况

　　证监会新闻发言人邓舸7月11日表示，证监会就私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法向社会公开征求意见。在投资运作方面，该办法主要提出了六方面。其中，在信息报送方面，考虑到对冲基金和并构基金往往会运用杠杆，有可能引发系统性金融风险，要求私募基金还应当报告杠杆运用情况。
