　　大西洋（600558）7月24日晚间公告，公司以3.068亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.6元（含税），每10股转增3股,　扣税后每10股现金红利根据持股主体和持股期限的不同，分别为0.57元、0.54元。共计派发股利1841.24万元（含税）。实施后总股本为3.989亿股，增加9206.2万股。

　　股权登记日为7月30日，除权除息日为7月31日，现金红利发放日为7月31日。
