北交所半年交易4795亿 民间资本参与国企改革

　　据新华社电 上半年,北交所集团共完成各类产权交易项目19844项,成交金额4795.66亿元。

　　在创新服务混合所有制经济发展的模式方面,北交所已初步形成国有企业增资扩股的全新业务模式,“组合民间资本参与国企改革”进展神速。7月18日,北京北交投资基金和北交产融并购投资基金正式设立,两基金所募集资金将主要投向北交所平台上的产股权流转、增资扩股及融资合作项目,目前已经进入到基金募集、规则设计和项目推介阶段。
