证监会：资本市场统一诚信数据库正式运行

　　中国经济网北京8月8日讯（记者向婷）今日，证监会召开例行新闻发布会，证监会新闻发言人邓舸表示，全国统一的资本市场诚信数据库自发布日起正式运行。

　　他表示，所涉及人员和机构包括证券期货从业人员、发行人、非上市公众公司、证券公司、基金管理公司、期货公司、律所和会计师事务所的服务机构。非公开募集基金管理人、合格境外投资者等市场机构，以及上述机构的董监高等管理人员、主要股东、实际控制人，还包括参与证券期货活动存在失信行为被证监会处罚的其他个人。
