福建楼市“闽八条”出台 加大房贷优惠

　　近段时间，国内超30城市微调或直接取消楼市限购政策后，但不少城市对房贷却并未做太多调整。8月8日，福建省住房和城乡建设厅在其官网正式发出关于《福建省住房和城乡建设厅关于促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的若干意见》通知，从降低普通购房标准、外地人购房资格、商业银行贷款支持以及土地市场等8方面进行调整。从今年8月1日正式实施，优惠政策期1年。图为福州市民从“0资金、0税费、0等待”的地产销售广告旁经过。（云 珠）
